摘　　要：近年来,随着我国社会主义市场经济的飞速发展,尤其是现代化和城市化的发展进程加快,大量外来人口涌入城市,他们在为城市建设做出贡献的同时,也引发了许多社会问题,其中外来人口犯罪问题尤为突出。外来人口犯罪呈逐年上升趋势,如今这一问题已成为社会关注的焦点问题之一。分析外来人口犯罪的现状、原因,并提出行之有效的对策,对于有效的控制城市外来人口犯罪,加快我国社会主义现代化的步伐,构建社会主义和谐社会无疑有重大的战略意义。In recent years,with China＇ s rapid developmen! of socialist market economy,in particular the development of modernization and urbanization process accelerated, a large number of migrants flow into cities, and they have contributed to the building of the city, but also have caused many social problems. One problem is especially prominent immigration crime, immigration crime trend is increasing year by year,and now this problem has become the focus of attention problems. The a- nalysis of status of immigration crime,causes, proposing effective measures for the effective control of immigration crime in the city, speeding up the pace of socialist modernization, and building a socialist harmonious society are undoubtedly of great strategic significance.
