摘　　要：青年学生网络舆论领袖的话语权和权威性有利于推动高校网络舆情事件的防范与化解,有助于预警功能与监督机制的构建,有助于网络道德建设。加强对青年学生网络舆论领袖的培养不容忽视。对青年学生网络意见领袖的培养要以尊重主体意识为前提,构建理性公众舆论环境,培育学生理性思维方式,开展基本国情教育和校情校史教育。The right of speech and authority of young opinion student-leaders are significant to the prevention and settlement of problems related to public opinions, the construction of early warning function and supervision mechanism and the construction of online ethics. Therefore, it is a must to strengthen the cultivation of young student leaders of online opinions. The cultivation of young online opinion student-leaders should focus on respecting subject consciousness, constructing rational public opinion environment, cultivating rational thinking patterns among students and implementing the education of the history and conditions of a college as well as the basic national conditions.
