2012年娄烦县孕妇、哺乳期妇女尿碘水平调查

摘　　要：目的了解孕妇和哺乳期妇女的碘营养水平,为孕妇、哺乳期妇女科学补碘提供依据。方法 2012年在太原市娄烦县随机抽取184名孕妇、181名哺乳期妇女进行尿碘测定,并与235名育龄期妇女进行比较。结果检测184名孕妇,尿碘中位数为148μg/L,属于碘营养不足与碘营养适宜的临界水平;检测181名哺乳期妇女,尿碘中位数为154μg/L,属于碘营养适宜;检测235名育龄妇女,尿碘中位数为149μg/L,属于碘营养适宜。碘营养不足者所占比例,孕妇、哺乳期妇女和育龄妇女分别为51.09%、45.86%、28.94%;碘营养充足者所占比例,孕妇、哺乳期妇女及育龄期妇女分别为47.83%、50.83%、53.19%,前两者与育龄妇女比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论娄烦县孕妇碘营养略感不足,哺乳期妇女碘营养适宜。Objective To understand the urine iodine levels of pregnant women and breastfeeding mothers,so as to provide the scientific basis for complementing iodine for women. Methods A total of 184 pregnant women,181 breast- feeding mothers were randomly selected to measure urinary iodine. And the women were compared with 235 childbearing age women in Loufan county,2012. Results The urinary iodine median of 184 pregnant women was 148 μg/L,belong- ing to the threshold level between iodine deficiency and iodine appropriation;The urinary iodine median of 181 breastfeed- ing mothers was 154 μg/L, belonging to the iodine appropriation; The urinary iodine median of 235 childbearing age women was 149 μg/L, belonging to the iodine appropriation. The proportions of iodine nutrition deficiencies in pregnant women,breastfeeding mothers,childbearing age women were 51.09% ,45.86% and, 28.94% ,The proportions of iodine nutrition sufficient among the three women were 47.83 %, 50.83 % and 53.19 %, respectively,which had significant differ- ences between the two women and childbearing age women （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The iodine nutrition level of the pregnant women is slightly deficient. The iodine nutrition level of the breastfeeding women is appropriate in Loufan coun- ty,2012.
