氟尿嘧啶治疗妇科滋养细胞肿瘤剂量的个体化研究

摘　　要：目的探讨恶性滋养细胞肿瘤化疗中氟尿嘧啶(5-Fu)的个体化给药剂量。方法选取2004年1月至2012年1月开封市妇产医院恶性滋养细胞肿瘤行化疗患者56例,分为实验组和对照组,实验组26例,5-Fu药物剂量按个体化给药方案计算;对照组30例,5-Fu药物剂量按公斤体重计算。通过统计分析,比较2组之间的5-Fu平均用量、治疗效果和毒副反应程度。结果实验组的5-Fu平均日用量低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组发生III^IV度骨髓抑制、恶心呕吐、腹泻、口腔溃疡的比例低于对照组(P<0.05);2组在治疗效果的比较中差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根据实验结果分析,按个体化给药方案计算5-Fu药物剂量,对于恶性滋养细胞肿瘤,治疗效果不变,5-Fu用量降低,化疗毒副作用明显减轻。Objective Study the individual chemotherapy of fluorouracil on Gestational trophoblastic tumor （GTT）. Methods Westudied 56 patients diagnosed GTT from Jan. 2004 to Jan. 2012 in Kaifeng Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital. Separates two groups of them,one is experimental group（26 cases）, the other is control group（30 cases）. The experimental group＇s medicine doses vary according to patients respective conditions, the control group is according to patients weights. By analyzing the correlation between therapeutic effects and side effects of chemotherapy , We hope to find a better way of calculation method of individual chemotherapy of fluorouracil on GTT. Results The 5-Fu＇ s average daily dose of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05） ; The experimental group had III^IV of myelotoxicity, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea, oral ulcer ratio is lower than the experimental group （P 〈0. 05） ; There was no significant difference between 2 groups of curative effect （P 〉 0.05） . Conclusion The individual chemotherapy of fluorouracil on GTT can reduce the toxic side effect, reduce the dosage of 5-Fu.
