摘　　要：加强辅导员队伍建设是加强大学生思想政治教育和维护高校和谐稳定的必然要求。在教育环境不断变化的背景下,通过构建高校辅导员队伍内涵建设的保障机制,探索辅导员工作内涵提升的有效途径,从而提升辅导员队伍整体建设水平,服务于高校改革发展和大学人才培养质量的提高。Consolidated advisors team construction is a prerequisite for strengthening students＂ ideolog- ical and political education and maintaining harmony and stability in colleges and universities. In the context of constantly changing educational environment, it is essential to establish a safeguard mecha- nism for connotative construction of college advisors team and explore ways to effectively upgrade their work contents so that the overall performance level of the team can be elevated to provide better service to high education reform and development and to high quality talent training in colleges and u- nlversltles
