摘　　要：开展对高校辅导员成为思想政治教育专门人才基本问题的研究,对于加强辅导员专业化建设,找准高校辅导员队伍持续健康发展的路径等工作具有重要意义。本文简述专门人才的概念和内涵,对思想政治教育专门人才内涵及辅导员成为思想政治教育专门人才的特征、要求等基本问题进行了研究。Research into how to make college advisors trained personnel for ideological and political ed- ucation is of vital significance to professionalization and sustained and sound development of the team. This paper briefly defines the concept and connotation of trained personnel and then discusses what it means and what it requires for advisors to be trained personnel.
