肠癌患者贫血与肿瘤特征及微血管密度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肠癌患者贫血与肿瘤特征及微血管密度(MVD)表达等关系。方法对59例肠癌患者分别应用常规方法检测血红蛋白(Hb)值,应用免疫组化法检测MVD,并进行相关分析。结果①59例肿瘤患者贫血20例(33.9%)、无贫血39例(66.1%);MVD表达59例(100.0%)。②贫血和无贫血患者的MVD表达差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。③肠癌患者是否贫血与肿瘤临床分期及肿块大小有关(P<0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移及MVD表达无关(P>0.05);MVD表达与患者临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、性别、年龄、有无淋巴结转移无关(P均>0.05),但与肿块大小有关(P<0.05)。④Hb值的高低与MVD的表达不相关,(P>0.05)。结论肠癌患者的贫血发生率较高,是否贫血与肿瘤临床分期及肿块大小有关。Objective To study the tumor characteristics and microvessel density （MVD） in colorectal cancer, investigating their relationship with anemia. Methods Routine methods and immunohistocbemistry were used to detect hemoglobin and MVD in 59 cases of colorectal cancer respectively, then correlation analysis of the two were taken. Results （1）Among 59 cases of colorectal cancer, there were 20 patients with anemia （33.9%） , while the MVD were founded in all patients （ 100% ）. （2）There was no significant difference in the expression of MVD between the patients with or without anemia（P 〉0.05）. （3） The occurrence of anemia in patients with colorectal cancer was related to the clinical stage and size of the tumor （ P 〈 0.05）, but not to gender, age, differentiation, lymphatic metastasis and MVD expression （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The expression of MVD had no correlation with clinical stages, differentiation, gender, age, and lymphatic metastasis, however, it was related to tumor size（P 〈0.05）. （4）There was not correlation between Hb and MVD （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The incidence of anemia in patients with colorectal cancer is high and the occurrence of anemia was correlated with the clinical stages and size of the tumor.
