摘　　要：为分析黄岩区学龄前儿童膳食锌摄入量，提供有效的锌营养基础教育，整群随机采样黄岩区幼儿园儿童家长（4～6岁），得有效问卷496份。对其膳食营养知识、膳食态度和膳食行为及食物频率摄人进行问卷调查。结果发现，被调查者父母营养知识意识普遍较低，锌营养知识缺乏。锌对生长具有重要影响的知识了解率是63．O％，其他已知的锌营养知识知晓率小于55％；同时发现被调查对象有着不良的饮食锌摄人情况，膳食中的锌主要来源于谷物，只有32.3％来自动物性食物。建议对当前黄岩区幼儿园儿童家长加强膳食锌营养教育，并积极开展多种形式的营养教育活动。IN order to Provide effective zinc nutrition education, analysis dietary zinc intake among preschool children in Huangyan, cluster random sampling 496 Huangyan district kindergarten parents of 4-6 years old children, investigate their nutrition knowledge, dietary attitudes and dietary behavior and food intake frequency. The results showed that respondents parents nutrition knowledge awareness is generally low and the Zinc＇s nutrition knowledge is lack. Only 63% people know zinc is very important to the growth of the human , the awareness rate of the other zinc nutritional knowledge is less than 55%; also found that respondents have a bad diet of the zinc intake is that the dietary zinc is mainly from corn, only 32.3% is from animal food. We think that the strengthen zinc nutrition education is important and actively carry out various forms of nutrition education activities.
