摘　　要：亲属容隐制度在我国存在了几千年,但建国以后由于多方面的原因被彻底废除。目前,在我国重建亲属容隐制度已经势在必行。本文论述了在我国重建亲属容隐制度的现实可能性,对重建亲属容隐制度进行了设计,以期对亲属容隐制度的重建提供建议和意见。The Relati＇;s Concealment System has been in our country for thousands of years. However, it has been abolished thoroughly for many reasons after the founding of new china. At present,rebuilding the Relatives Concealment System is imperative. This thesis, discusses the possibility of rebuilding of Relatives Concealment System, designs the rebuilding of the relatives concealment system, and provides advices and suggestions to the rebuilding of Relatives Concealment System.
