摘 要:分析西安地区宫颈癌组织中高危HPV病毒谱的分布以及宫颈癌组织中多重HPV感染的状况。从149例经病理组织学证实的浸润性宫颈癌组织样本中提取基因组DNA,设计8种高危HPV型别特异型引物,常规PCR扩增HPV E6 DNA片段,琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测,并进行统计分析。宫颈癌组织样本中HPVDNA检出率为87.3%,其中39.6%可检出一种型别以上的HPVDNA。HPV16型最为常见(73.2%),其余依次为HPV18,58,52,33,45,31(41.6%,11.4%,5.4%,2.7%,2.0%,1.3%,0),单一感染者47.7%,合并感染者39.6%。西安地区宫颈癌组织中HPV16,18,58,52为主要流行株。To analyse the HPV genotype profile and the presence of multiple HPV infections in invasive cervical cancer in Xi'an. 149 cases of invasive cervical cancer samples with histologically confirmation were cllected from the First afffiliated hospital, the specimens were routine formalin fixed and paraffin embedded. The samples were cut and the genome DNA were abstracted with the commercial kits. The HPV genotyping was performed by routine PCR amplification technique with the type specific primers which differentiates 8 high risk HPV genotypes. HPV was detected in 87.3% of the samples, of whom 39.6% were infected with more than one HPV genotype. HPV16 was most common, being detected in 73.2% of all cases, followed by HPV18, 58, 52, 33, 45 and 31 (41.6%, 11.4%, 5.4%, 2.7%, 2.0%, 1.3% ,0). HPV16,18,58 and 52 accounted for the most prevalent HPV geno- types.
