微型钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折38例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察微型钛板坚强内固定治疗下颌骨骨折的临床疗效。方法:对38例下颌骨骨折的患者行切开复位,微型钛板坚强内固定术,辅以1周颌间弹性牵引,术后X线片检查和临床咬合关系及张口度检查。结果:38例患者手术切口均Ⅰ期愈合,咬合关系均恢复到伤前的状况,术后张口度≥37 mm,X线片复查显示骨折愈合良好。结论:微型钛板坚强内固定具有良好的稳定性,术后辅以1周颌间弹性牵引能恢复正常的咬合关系,手术方法简单,治疗效果满意,是目前治疗下颌骨骨折的较好方法。Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of mini titanium plate in mandibular fracture treated with rigid in- ternal fixation. Method：38 cases of mandibular fracture accepted open reduction,internal fixation by mini titanium plate and intermaxillary elastic traction a week.38 cases postoperative evaluation accepted X-ray,clinical occlusion and mouth opening examination. Result：38 cases operation incision healing,occlusion recovered as before,postoperative mouth opening was more than 37 ram,the X-ray showed that fracture healing well. Conclusion：Rigid internal fixation with mini titanium plate in the treatment of mandibular fracture,stability,sinlple,with satisfactory result,the methed is considered to be the best one currently.
