氧化锆全瓷冠与贵金属烤瓷冠修复体生物相容性比较的回顾性研究

摘　　要：目的:对比分析氧化锆全瓷冠与贵金属烤瓷冠修复的临床疗效。方法:60例患者的98颗牙齿进行全冠修复,其中,观察组30例(49颗)采用氧化锆全瓷冠修复,对照组30例(49颗)采用贵金属烤瓷冠修复。修复1年后按照美国加州牙科协会的全瓷修复临床标准对两组修复体的临床效果进行评价。结果:修复1年后检查,氧化锆全瓷冠的周围牙龈状况及颜色匹配优于贵金属烤瓷冠(P<0.05)。结论:氧化锆全瓷冠修复体相比贵金属烤瓷冠具有更好的美学效果及生物相容性。Objective：To compare and analyze the clinical efficacy of zirconia all-ceramic crowns with precious metal-ceramic crowns. Method：Sixty patients with ninty-eight restorations of single tooth were divided into two groups： zirconia all-ceramic crown group（n=49）and Precious Metal-ceramic group（n=49）. Analyze restrospectively the treatment information and follow-up datas for two groups after one year according to the American Dental Association of California porcelain repair standard. Result： After one year repaired, The effect of aesthetics and the healthy state of gingiva of zireonia all-ceramic crown was better than precious metal-ceramic （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion：The zirconia all-ceramic crown is more superior in aesthetic effect and biocompatibility.
