摘　　要：通过对1例患者应用辛伐他汀后发生横纹肌溶解不良反应的分析,探讨临床药师在参与临床药学监护过程中,应及时提醒医师用药的潜在风险,并告知患者使用药物的必要性和可能发生的不良反应,以此提高患者用药的依从性及安全性。Responsibility of clinical pharmacists in clinical pharmaceutical care process is discussed by analysis of one case of adverse reaction of rhabdomyolysis occurred after taking simvastatin. Clinical pharmacist should remind physician of the potential risks of medication and inform patients of the necessity of drug use and possible adverse reactions so as to improve the medication compliance and drug safety of patients. Meanwhile, patients should be given a detailed medication education when they are discharged.
