摘　　要：本文利用了前期研究中构建的政府门户网站公众满意度(GWPSI)测评模型基于湖北省政府门户网站开展了实证研究,并利用偏最小二乘(PLS)分析法验证了GWPSI测评模型的解释、预测性能。最后根据实证结果修正、完善了GWPSI测评模型。Taking the government website of Hubei province as an example,the paper carries out an empirical research on the GWPSE Evaluation Model constructed in the previous study and It uses the PLS method to verified the interpreting and predictive performance of the GWPSI Evaluation Model.At last it modifies and improves the GWPSI Evaluation Model on the basis of results from the empirical research.
