摘　　要：本文从生命周期理论的视角研究政府信息资源协作管理的进程。首先采用因子分析法探索影响政府信息资源协作管理的关键因素,接着研究在政府信息资源协作管理的起步阶段、发展阶段、稳定阶段、后期阶段中这些关键因素是如何推动协作关系建立、协作管理发展变化的。From the perspective of life-cycle theory this article enclosed the process of government infor- mation resources collaborative management. First using factor analysis to explore the key factor in the gov- ernment information resources collaborative management, then found out these key factors how to promote or change collaboration during the initial stage, development stage, stability stage, and late stage.
