大连海滨综合疗养因子对神经衰弱的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的　观察大连海滨综合疗养因子对神经衰弱的疗效。方法　在大连小平岛海域采用日光、空气、景观、太极拳、放松性医疗体操等综合疗养因子治疗神经衰弱 58例 ,观察治疗作用 ,并对其原理进行探讨。结果　 58例神经衰弱 ,治愈 39例 ( 67.2 4 % ) ,显效 1 1例 ( 1 8.96% ) ,好转 6例 ( 1 0 .34 % ) ,无效 2例 ,总有效率达 96.55%。结论　大连海滨综合疗养因子治疗神经衰弱疗效显著、方法简单、无副作用、宜于推广。To observe the curative effects of treating neurasthesia by complex recuperative factors on the beach Dalian. Methods Treating 58 cases of neurashesia by complex recuperative factors such as sun bath,air bath,scenary,Taiji,relaxing therapentic exercise etc on the beach of Xiaoping Island in Dalian.Observing the curative effects and exploring the principle of the method. Results Among 58 cases of neurasthesia,there are 39 cases having been cured(67.42%),11 cases having had obvious effects and 6 cases having got better.The total effective rate adds up to 96 55%. Conclusion The curative effects of treating neurasthesia by complex recuperative factors on the beach in Dalian is obvious.This method without any side effect is simple and should be used widely.
