摘　　要：采用乙醇加热回流提取法提取亚麻籽皮中的木酚素,经提取、碱解、调酸、减压浓缩、定容,通过正交试验确定提取条件,经高效液相色谱法检测,洗脱溶剂为甲醇加水。该法前处理简单、高效、低毒、低成本、快捷且易于批量处理,检出结果稳定、准确。该方法为实现工艺化提取提供理论依据,为建立地区木酚素含量数据库提供方法。In the article, we talk about the method which use to extract the lignan from the hull of the flaxseed. By using the ethanol refluxing extraction, adjusting the pH value, using the rotary evaporator, diluting the solution with an accurate concentration value and some other steps, we assure the basic method. After that, we confirm the volume of every factors in every step by checking the result of orthogonal test. We use the HPLC machine to check the quantity, we get in the final product, the eluant is the mixture of the deionized water and the methanol. This method is effective and need lower cost. What＇s more, there is less quantity of toxicant generates during the procedure and this method is easy for people to realize the mass production. The numerical value is accurate. It is easy for people to realize the technologizing by using this method. By assuring this method, we can provide the essential data for the foundation of the regional data base for the content of lignan in different varieties.
