摘 要:超市成为越来越多的居民购买蔬菜的首选,再加上政府力推"农超对接"工作,越来越多的连锁超市采取了蔬菜直购的做法。但是超市与菜市场不同,要求净菜上架,因此超市必须高效率地将从田间采购的蔬菜进行流通加工之后及时地配送到超市门店,这一要求使得越来越多的连锁超市开始建立自己的生鲜物流配送中心,并从多个角度分析连锁超市建立生鲜物流配送中心的意义。An increasing number of residents will buy vegetables in the supermarket, meanwhile, a growing number of chains supermarkets buy vegetables from farmers with the government's pushing the policy offarm-supermarket cooperation. However, supermarkets, different from small markets, requires clean vegetables on the shelves, so the supermarket must be efficient to process vegetables and distribute to the supermarket stores after purchasing from the field manner. This requirement urges more and more chains supermarket to build their own of fresh logistics and distribution center. This paper will analyze the meaning that the chain supermarkets build logistics and distribution center for fresh goods from more than one point of view.
