摘　　要：高校学生干部是学生思想政治教育和日常行为管理的中坚力量,在加强学校学风建设、团队建设等方面都有着不可忽视的作用。但是,现今的高校学生干部队伍仍存在政治理论水平偏低、工作欠缺创新性等问题。拥有一支业务能力强、作风过硬的学生干部队伍,能更好的开展大学生思想政治教育,有利于实现大学生的自我教育和自我管理,以及创新高校学生管理的工作方法。Nowadays, college students cadres still have low levels of political theory and lack innovation in work. To have student cadres with strong work ability and tough spirit will better carry out ideological and political education, be conducive to college students＇ self education and self management, and innovate methods of governing university students.
