摘 要:目的:探讨七叶皂苷钠对大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤过程中SOD和MDA表达的影响。方法:采用前房加压法制备大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤模型,将SD大鼠随机分为正常组、缺血再灌注模型组和七叶皂苷钠治疗组,各组于术后3天检测视网膜组织中SOD活性和MDA含量。结果:大鼠视网膜缺血再灌注损伤后,七叶皂苷钠治疗组与缺血再灌注模型组相比,SOD活性明显升高,MDA含量明显降低,差异有统计学意义。结论:七叶皂苷钠可抵抗视网膜缺血再灌注损伤后的氧化损伤,其作用机制可能与提高SOD活性和降低MDA含量有关。Objective:To investigate the effect of aescinate on the expression of SOD and MDA in rat retina after ischemia -reperfusion injury.Methods:Male adult rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:normal control group , ischemia-reperfusion model group , aesci-nate-treated group.The model of retinal ischemia -reperfusion injury was made by transient elevating of intraocular pressure .The SOD activity and MDA content of retinal tissue were tested on 3 day after operation .Results:The SOD activity of aescinate -treated group was higher than that of ischemia -reperfusion model group , the MDA content of aescinate -treated group was lower than that of ischemia -reperfusion model group .Conclusion:Aescinate against oxidative damage in rat retina after ischemia -reperfusion injury , and its mecha-nism may be related to increasing the activity of SOD and decreased the content of MDA .
