摘　　要：目的:探讨整合素β4(Integrinβ4)、S100钙结合蛋白A4(S100A4)在不同分子亚型乳腺浸润性导管癌中的表达及意义。方法:依照《St.Gallen共识》,对146例非特殊型乳腺浸润性导管癌进行分子分型,检测不同分子亚型中Integrinβ4和S100A4蛋白的表达。结果:Integrinβ4和S100A4蛋白在HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌中阳性表达率显著高于Luminal A型、Luminal B(HER2-)型及Luminal B(HER2+)型(P<0.01);Integrinβ4、S100A4的表达与Luminal A型、HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌具相关性(P<0.05);Integrinβ4与S100A4的表达在HER2过表达型及三阴型中无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:Integrinβ4、S100A4可能与HER2过表达型及三阴型乳腺癌的浸润转移有关,对Integrinβ4、S100A4在该两型乳腺癌中的深入研究将对阐明浸润转移机制及寻找新的治疗靶点提供帮助及实验依据。Objective： To explore the expressions and significances of Integrin β4 and S100A4 in different molecular subtypes of breast infiltrative ductal cancer. Methods： According to 《St. Gallen》, molecular types were categorized in 146 cases of invasive duetal carcinoma of breast- not otherwise specified, expressions of Integrin β4 and S100A4 in these carcinomas were detected. Results： The positive expression rates of Integrin β4 and S100A4 in breast carcinoma tissues of HER2 over expression types and Triple - negative types were significantly higher than those of Luminal A types, Luminal B （ HER2 - ） types and Luminal B （ HER2 ＋ ） types （ P 〈 0. 01 ） . The expression of Integrin β4 and S100A4 protein were correlated with Luminal A, HER2 over expression types and triple -negative types, respectively. （ P 〈 0.05 ） . The expression of Integrin β4 was no associated with the expression of S100A4 in HER2 over expression types and triple - negative types of breast cancer （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Integrinβ4 and S100A4 might be related to the invasion and metastasis of HER2 over expression types and triple - negative types of breast cancer. The research of Integrinβ4 and S100A4 in those types may help for elucidate mechanisms and find new therapeutic targets.
