摘 要:农业机械在实际使用中,只有其动力保持正常的技术状态才能真正达到节能减排的效果和目的。为此,以某拖拉机使用的495直喷式在用柴油机为例,研究各缸供油不均匀度对其性能的影响;在试验研究基础上,基于BOOST软件首次建立各缸供油不均匀的整机计算模型,探讨分析在用农用动力性能变化及缸内实际燃烧变化的机理。结果表明,随着喷油系统各缸供油不均匀度的不断增加,农用动力的功率依次下降,燃油消耗率增加;各缸油气混合比不同,燃烧压力及燃烧温度差异大,使柴油机振动增大,影响拖拉机的工作稳定性和可靠性,缸内燃烧的差异同时造成柴油机尾气有害污染物增多。分析结果可为在用农业机械实际使用中节能减排提供理论依据和量化控制的措施。In order to truly achieve the purpose of energy conservation and emissions reduction, the engine power should maintain a normal state of technology in the agricultural machines' actually use. In this paper, using a 495 D! tactor diesel engine for an example to study on the performance of the used diesel engine with the changing of fuel supply une- ven degree of cylinders, on the basis of experimental, this is the first time to use BOOST software to establish the overall calculation model with uneven fuel supply of cylinders, exploring the changing of the performance of the used agricultural power and the mechanism of the actual combustion in cylinder. The results shows : with the increasing of the fuel supply uneven degree, the power of the agricultural engine will get down , fuel consumption rate increases, the combustion pressure and temperature will has large differences with the cylinders have different fuel-gas mixed rate, caused engine vibration increases, affect work stability and reliability of the diesel engine, it can also cause the harmful diesel exhaust pollutions increase, the analysis results can provide a theoretical basis and quantization control measures for the used agri- cultural machines.
