摘 要:介绍了AMT换挡执行系统的结构和原理,并对AMT换挡机构与电机进行分析与建模;基于变结构滑模控制原理,构造了换挡机构电机的非线性系统滑模控制器,使被控电机具有高精度的跟踪品质和较强的抗干扰能力。通过对2挡升3挡理想运动曲线跟踪控制仿真表明,滑模控制比传统PID控制跟踪精度高、响应速度快、抗干扰能力强,其不仅提高了挂挡过程换挡品质,而且又能保证同步器寿命。Structure and operating principle of AMT shifting actuator are described in the paper. After analysis and modeling of the shifting actuator in the AMT, a non-linear system sliding mode controller of the gearshift motor is constructed based on the control principle of variable structure sliding mode, which enables the controlled motor to have high precision tracking quality and strong anti-jamming capability. The stimulation of the ideal motion curve tracking control of upshifting from gear 2 to gear 3 shows that the sliding mode control has higher precision, faster response speed and better anti-jamming capability compared with PID control tracking, it not only improves the shifting quality, but also prolongs the service life of the synchronizers.
