摘　　要：对年产15 000 t婴儿奶粉工厂CIP系统的工艺进行了设计,根据乳品厂受热设备和非受热设备的清洗程序及清洗效果,确定了三条清洗线,并分别对CIP系统中洗液罐的容量和数量、输液泵、加热系统和浓酸浓碱系统进行计算和选型,最后对该CIP系统进行了分析。The process of CIP system in 15000t/a milk powder factory was designed. According to the cleaning process of heating equipment and un-heating equipment and the cleaning effect, three lines were determined, and lcalculated and ectotyped the capacity and quantity of tank, bump, heating system and acid-base system, and analysised this disigned CIP system.
