广西创建东盟语高等院校的必要性和财力可行性研究

摘　　要：广西创建一所东盟语高等院校是中国与东盟经贸关系发展的需要,是广西建设战略支点的需要,通过将广西与云南、贵州、四川、江西进行了对比,提出广西普通高等教育财政支出水平低于云南、江西;将广西高等教育财政支出水平提高到云南或江西的水平,在财力上就可以支撑广西创建一所东盟语高等院校。To establish an ASEAN language college in Guangxi is needed for the development of trade rela-tions between China and ASEAN,also for Guangxi＇s strategy constructing. Comparing the education expen-diture of Guangxi with that of Yunnan,Guizhou,Sichuan,and Jiangxi,this paper finds that the education ex-penditure in Guangxi is lower than Yunnan and Jiangxi. If the higher education spending in guangxi is raised to the equal level of Yunnan or Jiangxi,it is possible to establish an ASEAN language college in Guangxi.
