摘　　要：MATLAB强大的绘图功能可以方便快捷的绘制图形,有助于学生借助直观生动的图像理解抽象的数学概念和定理,增强学生对数学的兴趣,提高高等数学的教学质量.以高等数学为例,讨论了MATLAB的图形可视化功能在解决抽象问题时的优势.The powerful graphic functions of MATLAB make the drawing and graphing much easier which could bet-ter the student’comprehension of the abstract mathematical concepts and definition via the direct and vivid images.It could also arouse the students’interest in math and improve the teaching of higher mathematics.Using higher mathemat-ics as an example,this paper is intended to find out the advantage of MATLAB’s visual function in solving abstract prob-lems.
