摘　　要：在分析、总结高校科研项目特征的基础上,提出一种基于生命周期的科研项目管理模型:科研项目全生命周期管理(All Life Cycle Management For S&R Project);通过这种方式可以达到对科研项目从人员、文档、专家、成果、过程等多维度全面管理,有利于科研管理工作的有效开展.Based on the analysis and the summary the characteristic of scientific research project of university,this pa-per is intended to propose a scientific research project management model which is based on life cycle（All Life Cycle Man-agement For S＆R Project）.In this way,we can achieve the multi-dimensional and comprehensive management of the personnel,the documentation,the experts,the achievement as well as the process of scientific research.It will be condu-cive to the effective work of scientific research management.
