摘  要:以桑椹原花青素的提取率为指标,利用中心组合设计(central composite design,CCD)优化桑椹原花青素超声提取工艺。结果表明,建立的三次多项式数学模型是合适模型,优化提取工艺参数为:超声功率315W,液料比60:1(mL/g),提取时间12min。在该条件下桑椹原花青素的最优提取值是496.29μg/g。经验证,所得工艺参数准确,可指导桑椹原花青素的提取生产。Using extraction rate as an indicator, the central composite design model was used to design an ultrasonic extraction technology of procyanidins from mulberry. Result showed that the cubic mathematical model was the optimal one and the optimum extraction parameters were as the follow- ing. ultrasonic power 315 W, liquid solid ration 60.1 (mL/g), extraction time 12 min, and the predicted extraction rate of procyanidins was 496.29μg/g on the same conditions. It was verified that the processing parameters in this experiment were accurate and could be applied in the mass extraction of procyanidins from mulberry.
