摘　　要：学科服务是高校图书馆针对特定学科,主动为读者提供与其学科相关的信息咨询和参考的一种个性化服务。文章首先分析了地方高校在学科服务方面存在的不足,然后从学科服务制度建设、学科馆员素质、学科资源的建设与开发以及学科服务体系结构等方面,讨论了学科服务的创新方法,对地方高校图书馆在学科服务建设方面具有一定的指导性意义。Subject service is a personalized one which provides readers with related information consul- tation and reference with regard to a specialized subject. The paper first makes an analysis on the limitations of subject service in local universities, and then discusses the innovative methods from the per-spectives of system construction, liaison librarians＇ professionalism, the construction and development of subject resources, and the system of subject service in the hope that it may be in a certain sense instructive to the subject service in local universities.
