摘　　要：当前,高校考核方式中存在考试形式单一,考试内容局限,考题答案唯一化、模式化,考试分析不深入,考试管理落后等弊端。借鉴国外高校考核模式,基于卓越人才培养的目标,必须改革考试模式。树立"以学生为本"的考试理念,改革考试内容,采用灵活多样的考核方式,强化考试质量分析,提升教师教学能力和水平,健全管理制度,构建以提升学生综合素质和创新能力为目的的高校考试体系。At present, assessment methods in universities have many shortcomings, such as single exam form, limitation of exam content, uniqueness and standardization of standardized answers, lack of in-depth examination analysis, lag exam management and so on. Referring to the assessment mode of foreign universities, the examination mode should be reformed based on training goals of superior talents. The examination system should be constructed by creating the student-centered exam idea, setting reasonable contents, establishing a scientific and flexi- ble test mode, strengthening the test quality analysis, upgrading teachers＇ teaching ability and level and perfecting the management system so as to establish an university exam system based on the goals for the overall quality development and lifting innovation capacity of students.
