摘　　要：为了提升大众商品的防伪、防窜货及溯源管理效果,基于自主知识产权的加密CE-QR二维码技术,设计了一个商品流通管理的公共服务平台,具有面向大众商品包装提供商品防伪、防窜货、溯源以及物流管理的功能。平台的典型用户包括食品、香烟、白酒、化妆品生产企业、分销企业以及普通消费者。In order to improve the security of public goods, prevent the channel conflict and traceability management effect, two-dimensional encryption CE-QR based on the independent intellectual property rights. This paper discusses a design for commodity circulation management of public service platform, with public goods packaging provides anti- counterfeiting, anti flee the goods, traceability and logistics management function. Typical target platform includes food, cigarette, liquor, cosmetics production enterprises, distribution enterprises and consumer.
