摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,俄罗斯就政治经济体制进行了改革,其教育领域也发生了深刻的变革。本文就俄罗斯高等教育结构的变化和发展做了简要的梳理,并着重就其研究生教育在结构和学位制度等方面的变化进行了分析,探讨了研究生教育之于俄罗斯高等教育的历史意义和现实重要性。Since tile 1990s,profound changes have taken place in both the educational field and pglitical and economic system in Russia. In this paper,the changes in and developments d Russian higher education structure have been combed. The changes in the structure of postgraduate education and academic degree system have been emphatically analyzed. The historical significance and realistic importance of graduate education for Russian higher education have been discussed.
