摘  要:对湖南省不同区县、不同部位的烟叶原料(郴州B2F,郴州B3F,郴州C3F,隆回B2F,隆回C3F,邵阳B2F,邵阳C3F)进行多酚类物质绿原酸、莨菪亭和芸香苷含量检测,采用PLSR方法与感官评吸得分进行相关性分析。结果表明,7种烟叶中绿原酸含量最高,其次是芸香苷,莨菪亭含量最低。其中,低次烟叶邵阳B2F中的绿原酸和莨菪亭含量最低,比优质烟叶如郴州C3F低3‰左右。相关性分析发现,绿原酸与香气质、香气量、刺激性及透发性呈显著正相关,说明提高烟草中绿原酸的含量,可以提高烟草的香气质、香气量及透发性,降低刺激性。而莨菪亭、芸香苷对各个感官指标没有产生显著性影响。Polyphenols of different parts of tobacco material (Chenz- hou B2F, Chenzhou B3F, Chenzhou C3F, longhui B2F, Longhni C3F, Shaoyang B2F, Shaoyang C3F) in different counties of Hunan Province were detected, including chlorogenic acid, scopoletin and turin detection. And methods of correlation analysis can be used by PLSR on polyphenol contents and sensory evaluation scores. The re- suits showed that the highest content of seven kinds of tobacco was cblorogenic acid, followed by rutin, scopoletin was the lowest. And compared with the high quality tobacco such as Chenzbou C3F, the chlorogenic acid and scopoletin of Shaoyang B2F lower about 3 %. The chlorogenic acid and aroma quality, aroma, pungent and perme- ability onset were significantly positively correlated by correlation a-nalysis, indicating that higher tobacco chlorogenic acid content higher tobacco aroma quality, aroma and through onset, lower irrita tion. However, there were no significant influnces between the a mount of copoletin, rutin and sensory indicators.
