摘　　要：核桃脱青皮是核桃收获后最重要的加工环节,由于核桃收获期很短,及时高效对核桃进行脱青皮至关重要。文章介绍各种脱青皮技术,重点阐述国内外核桃机械法脱青皮的技术成果,并对适于中国核桃种植生产现状的连续式青核桃脱皮机的结构特点、工作原理和技术参数进行详细的介绍。为核桃深加工产业的工业化规模化生产提供技术依据。Green walnut peeling is the most important link in the post harvest processing of walnut. For the short walnut harvest time, timely and effective peel to the green husk of the walnut is crucially important. All kinds of technology for green husk peeling were intro- duced in the article, especially elaborate the technologies of the me chanical method for green walnut peeling domestic and overseas, meanwhile, the continuous green walnut peeling machine which was fit for domestic planting status was detailed at the structure charac- teristics, working principle and the technical parameters. The tech nical basis for industrialized mass production of the walnut deep pro- cessing was provided.
