摘　　要：针对市场现有的卧式高剪切分散机缺陷进行修改及结构优化,设计出一种新型高速剪切分散机,该机具有以下特点:采用立式结构增加了机器的稳定性;消除了物料流动的死角且便于冲洗;电机具有过载保护措施;模块化设计理念方便制造和使用;特别针对常规剪切式分散机的不足,专门设计将分散组件采用锥齿梳状结构,使间隙调整容易。该新型高速剪切分散机可满足物料分散不同粒径,以及缩短分散均化时间,提高效率,优化生产工艺等要求。Focused on the market existing horizontal high-shear dis- persing machine defects modifications and structural optimization, a new type of high-speed shear dispersion machine was designed. The machine had the following features： adopted vertical structure to in- crease the stability of the machine, eliminating dead ends to material flow and easily washing, overload protection; modular design for convenient to manufacture and use. Especially for the lack of conven- tional shear type dispersion machine, dispersive component adopted the taper tooth comb structure and shear clearance could be adjusted easily. This new type of high-speed shear dispersion machine can sat isfy different particle size, shorten the time of dispersing, improve efficiency and optimize the production process requirements.
