西藏高寒河谷沙地生态恢复与安全屏障建设的对策建议

摘　　要：风沙灾害对西藏高原重要空港、青藏铁路(公路)、正在建设的拉日铁路(拉萨至日喀则)等交通要道的安全运营构成了直接威胁,严重影响了目前正在进行的西藏高原国家生态安全屏障保护与建设。目前,雅鲁藏布江流域现有风沙化土地27万hm2,急需大力开展风沙化土地生态恢复与环境治理。文章基于分析大量野外调研和试验研究取得的一系列高寒风沙化土地生态恢复的关键技术,提出了加强西藏高寒河谷风沙化土地生态恢复与安全屏障建设的对策建议,即是尽早开展生态恢复分类区划、加强重点区域生态安全监控与恢复潜力评估、进一步开展特殊气候带下生态恢复技术研发,以期为西藏自治区加强生态文明建设,构建国家生态安全屏障工作提供强有力的科技支撑。Sandstorm disasters have directly threatened the operation safety of the airports, Qinghai-Tibet railway（road） and the building of Lhasa-Shigatse railway in the alpine valley of Tibet, and greatly influenced the ongoing national ecological security barrier protection and construction on the Tibetan plateau. Thus, it＇s urgent to carry out the ecological restoration engineering for the recovery of aeolian sandy land. Based on the field visit and study, a series of key technologies for ecological restoration on aeolian sandy were proposed. Thereafter, the countermeasures were brought forward, such as to carry out the classification zoning for ecological restoration, strengthen the ecological security monitoring for the important regions including areas around airports, railways, cities, assess the ecological resilience, and to study on ecological restoration technology and management approach of aeolian sandy under the special climatic zones for further in the alpine valley, for the purpose to provide a strong scientific and technological support for the construction of ecological civilization and ecological security barrier building on the Tibetan Plateau.
