摘 要:利用Adams/Car建立Hiper Strut悬架和麦弗逊悬架仿真模型,通过双轮同向激振仿真试验,对两种悬架的外倾角、主销后倾角、主销内倾角、前束角和随车轮跳动产生的转向角的仿真结果进行对比分析,结果表明,Hiper Strut悬架在整车操纵稳定性方面优于麦弗逊悬架。根据主销内倾角的定义,能够在无需改动悬架与车身(副车架)连接点的基础上,对Hiper Strut悬架的主销内倾角进行优化,并取得了较好的优化结果。One model of Hiper Strut suspension and another model of Macpherson suspension for simulation were established by using Adams/Car. For the two kinds of suspension, an analysis was made through the Parallel Wheel Travel simulation test which involves camber angle, caster angle,kingpin inclination angle, toe angle and steering angle. The simulation test shows that Hiper Strut suspension is better than Macpherson suspension on handling stability. The kingpin inclination angle of Hiper Strut suspension is optimized according to its definition and the join points between the suspension and the body(chassis), however, there are not any changes on both during the optimization process. Thus, the optimized results are better.
