摘  要:目的探讨玄参提取物对烧伤大鼠微血管反应性的影响。方法将SD大鼠30只随机分为对照组、模型组和玄参提取物组。模型组和玄参提取物组用3%凝固汽油烧伤处理造成大鼠体表面积(BSA)深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,玄参提取物组大鼠给予玄参提取物治疗。观察各组大鼠烧伤后10、15、20和25 min时肠系膜微动脉血管口径和血流速度的变化。结果玄参提取物组肠系膜微动脉血管口径比模型组明显减少(P<0.01,P<0.05),血液流速明显增快(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论玄参提取物可明显改善烧伤大鼠肠系膜微循环。Objective To study the effects of Scrophularia ningpoensis extracts (SnPs) on mi- crovessels response in burned rats. Methods SD rats were divided into three groups: control group, model group, and SnPs group. After replicating 20% BSA deep 11 thickness burn in rats, SnPs was poured into rat stomach in SnPs group. Then observed were the level of diame- ter of microvessel and speed of blood stream after burned 10,15,20,25 minutes respectively. Results SnPs could expand the bores of microvessels (P〈0.01,P〈0.05) and the blood stream became rapid gradually (P〈0.01,P〈0.05). Conclusion SnPs could improve the microcirculation obviously.
