摘　　要：通过分析1例72岁多发性骨髓瘤患者的临床表现、实验室检查结果及诊疗过程并进行相关文献复习,以期提高临床医务人员对肿瘤合并胸腔积液患者胸腔积液性质的鉴别诊断能力,达到减少误诊的目的。The clinical manifestations, laboratory findings, and treatment process of a 72 - year - old patient with multiple myeloma were reported and analyzed, and related literature was reviewed in order to improve the ability of clinicians to make differential diagnosis and reduce the rate of misdiagnosis in cancer patients with pleural effusion.
