摘　　要：通过对高校岗前培训有效性内涵的认识,总结提炼出岗前培训有效性的特征:学习有效、教学有效、过程有效、管理有效和结果有效。要落实其有效性,需要重视对新教师的指导,加强对培训者的培训,加大对培训过程的监控与管理,只有这样,才能取得岗前培训的效果。Through interpreting the connotation of effectiveness in pre-service training, this paper summa- rizes the characteristics of such effectiveness, namely, effective learning, effective teaching, efficient processes, effective management and effective results.To implement its effectiveness, it is necessary to strengthen the guid- ance of new teachers, the training of trainers, and the monitoring and management of the training process. Only in this way can the pre-service training achieve the desired effect.
