云南省高等教育质量经济效益模糊综合评价研究——基于学生评价的视角

摘　　要：对高等教育质量进行定量评价是高等教育研究的一个重点和难点。模糊数学中的模糊综合评判原理和质量效益理论的发展为高等教育质量评价提供了新的方法和手段。在云南省高等教育质量评价指标体系的基础上,构建模糊综合评价模型,并对在校学生的大量问卷调查数据进行了定量分析,实现了利用模糊综合评价方法对高等教育质量的量化评价。从学生角度来看,云南省高等教育质量在全国处于一般水平。It is of both importance and difficulty in higher educational research to quantitatively evaluate higher education quality. The progress of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation principle and quality benefit theory in fuzzy mathematics offer new perspectives for higher education quality evaluation. Based on the evaluation index system of the higher education quality in Yunnan province, fuzzy compre- hensive evaluation model was constructed and quantitative analysis through large amount of survey data for undergraduates made, which achieves the quantitative evaluation the higher education quality with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. The learners＇ perspective indi- cates that the quality of Yunnan＇s higher education, to contrast nationally, is of lower standard.
