摘　　要：随着高职院校人才培养模式的改革,高职学生的在校时间逐渐缩短,高职院校学生干部队伍面临着培养时间短、流动快、学生组织优良传统难以传承等问题。以徐州工业职业技术学院为例,介绍了以"科学选拔、系统培训、合理使用、过程考核"为特点的学生干部培养机制,以期对高职院校学生干部培养研究提供借鉴。With the reform of the personnel training mode in higher vocational colleges, higher vocational student＇s in-school time gradually shortened, the student cadres in higher vocational colleges were faced with the short training time, excessive mobility, and the fine traditions difficult to inherit. Taked Xuzhou College of Industrial Technology as a case, this thesis introduced the cultivation mechanism of student cadres, so that it could provide help for the research of student cadres training in advanced vocational college.
