社区心理干预对精神分裂症康复期患者预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨社区心理干预对精神分裂症康复期患者预后的影响。方法随机抽取2012年6月—2013年5月我院一分院治疗的50例精神分裂症患者,对其进行1年的社区心理干预,包括支持性综合干预;行为诱导、矫正与督导;强化生活技能训练,促进社会功能恢复等。分别用简明精神病评定量表(BPRS)、社会功能缺陷筛选量表(SDSS)、日常生活能力(ADL)量表对患者干预前及干预1年后的治疗效果、社会功能缺陷程度、ADL进行评定。干预前后计量资料的比较采用配对t检验。结果干预后患者BPRS、SDSS、ADL量表得分分别为(16.2±2.5)、(4.5±1.8)、(15.1±5.6)分,均低于干预前的(26.3±1.1)、(10.2±3.3)、(28.9±7.5)分(P<0.05)。结论社区心理干预对精神分裂症康复期患者的预后有积极影响,能提高疗效及社会适应能力,改善患者的ADL,促进患者的康复。Objective To investigate impact of community psychological interv.ention on the prognosis of patients with the aehizophrenia at the stage of rehabilitation. Methods A total of 50 patients who were treated in the first branch of our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 were randomly selected, they were treated with community psychological intervention for one year, community psychological intervention included supporting comprehensive intervention, behavior induction, correction and super- vision, strengthening the life skills training, promoting social function recovery, etc. The effect of the treatment, degree of social function defect and ability of daily life before and 1 year after intervention were assessed by the Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS）, the Social Disability Screening Schedule （SDSS） , Ability of Daily Life （ADL） scale. The measurement data before and after intervention were compared by paired - sample t test. Results After psychological intervention, the BPRS, SDS~, ADL score were （ 16. 2 ±2. 5）, （4. 5 ± 1.8）, （ 15. 1±5.6） respectively, which were all significantly lower than those before psychological intervention [ （26. 3± 1.1 ）, （ 10. 2 ±3.3）, （28.9 ±7. 5） ] respectively （P 〈0. 05） . Conclusion Communi- ty psychological interventions have a positive impact on the prognosis of patients with taehizophrenia at the stage of rehabilitation period, it can improve the curative effect and social adaptation ability, improve daily living ability, and can promote rehabilita- tion of patients.
