深圳市宝安区全科医师工作压力情况研究

摘　　要：目的了解深圳市宝安区全科医师的工作压力情况,从而为政府制定全科医学发展政策提供依据。方法随机抽取深圳市宝安区35家社康中心,将其所有全科医师共196名作为调查对象。采用《临床医生工作压力源量表》对全科医师的工作压力情况进行问卷调查。结果共发放调查问卷196份,有效回收191份,有效回收率为97.4%。191名全科医师的工作压力总得分为(125±17)分,仅有6.8%(13/191)的全科医师认为自己承受的工作压力"小"或"很小"。职业发展、工作负荷、组织管理是全科医师工作压力的前三位来源。女性、低职称、聘用的全科医师的工作压力分别大于男性、高职称、正式在编的全科医师,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论深圳市宝安区全科医师的工作压力不容乐观;加快全科医师职业发展体系建设、加强对全科医师的管理及投入是缓解全科医师工作压力的有效办法。Objective To understand the job stress of general practitioners in Bao＇an District of Shenzhen City, so as to provide basis for the government to formulate the policy of development of general practice. Methods All the 191 general prac- titioners from 35 randomly chosen community health service centers in Bao＇an District, Shenzhen were recruited as the sub- jects. The Scale for Occupational Stressors on Clinician （SOSC） was used for questionnaire survey on their job stress. Results The eligible retrieval rate of the questionnaire was 97.4% （191/196） . The average score of the SOSC in the 191 general practi- tioners was （ 125 ± 17 ） , and only 13 of them （6.8%） had ＂ little＂ or ＂ very little＂ job stress. The career development, work load, and organization management were the main sources of job stress. The general practitioners who were female, with junior professional title or temporarily employed had more job stress than those who were male, with senior junior professional title or permanently employed （ P 〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion The present situation of job stress of general practitioner is not good in Bao＇an District of Shenzhen City. It is necessary to speed up the system construction of career development of general practitioner, and improve the management and increase its investment for relieving their job stress.
