摘　　要：目的 探讨埋伏阻生尖牙的正畸治疗效果.方法 选择2005年7月-2011年7月佛山市第一人民医院口腔正畸科经全景片证实的尖牙阻生患者32例,共52颗阻生尖牙,其中上颌38颗,下颌14颗.正畸拔牙14例,不拔牙矫治18例.应用外科翻瓣粘结、正畸牵引助萌的方法,用链状皮圈进行正畸牵引导萌.结果 52颗尖牙全部牵引成功,矫治时间1年1个月～2年5个月.32例正畸患者,牙周和牙髓情况均良好,牙周附着良好,牙无明显松动,根尖无明显吸收,牙髓活力测试正常,牙龈形态良好.26例达磨牙Ⅰ类,前牙覆（牙合）覆盖正常.结论 翻瓣助萌矫治埋伏阻生尖牙是一种行之有效的美容牙科技术.Objective To evaluate the effect of orthodontic treatment for impacted canines. Methods Thirty - two patients with impacted canines treated in the First People＇s Hospital of Foshan from July 2005 to July 2011 were enrolled. There were 52 impacted canines, of which 38 were of upper jaw and 14 of lower jaw. Orthodontic extraction was performed for 14 pa- tients, while the other 18 patients were treated with non- extraction therapy. Flap operation, acid eruption, and orthodontic traction with elastomerie chains were performed. Results All 52 impacted canines were treated successfully, and the duration of treatment ranged from 13 months to 29 months. The periodontal tissue and dental pulp were in good condition without loose teeth, bone loss, root resorption, and gingival recession. Satisfactory effect of clinical esthetics was achieved. And 26 patients had Class I malocclusion. Conclusion Flap acid eruption procedure plays an important role in treatment of impacted canines in cosmetic dentistry.
