独立学院人才培养方案的优化

摘　　要：独立学院需要依托专业优势和人才平台,凝练自身的办学特色。以温州大学城市学院为例,基于"MQPT"的人才培养模式,从人才培养理念、课程体系优化、实践教学体系构建、通识教育规划、教学模式改革等五个方面出发,对独立学院高素质应用型人才培养方案的优化进行思考和探索。Independent college should depend on advantages of profession and talent platform to form its own characteristics for running school. Taking City College of Wenzhou University as an example, this paper aims to to explore the high quality of applied talent training scheme based on the MQPT model from concept of talent training, optimization of curriculum system, construction of practical instruction system, planning of general education and reform of instruction model.
