摘　　要：本文以北京城市学院为例,探讨了如何在高等教育国际化背景下,立足学校办学理念与指导思想,结合学生实际情况与发展定位,构建应用型本科院校国际合作模式,具体阐释了师资培训、学历提升、素质培养"三维一体"的国际合作模式的构建与实施。Taking Beijing City University as an example, this article probes into construction of the interna- tional collaboration mode in application-oriented undergraduate universities, in the setting of higher educa- tion internationalization, based on their education philosophy and guiding ideology, integrating their students＇ practical situation and development orientation. It elaborates how to construct and implement the international collaboration mode of ＂3-dimension philosophy＂ with teaching staff training, education back- ground improvement and comprehensive quality cultivation at the core.
