民办高等院校关于学年学分制的教务管理工作改革探索

摘　　要：二十一世纪对复合型人才和创新型人才的需求,让民办高校将学分制改革提上了日程。本文从学年制、学分制及民办高等院校的特点出发,提出学年学分制在民办高等院校实施的必然性。并针对民办高校的特点,深入剖析了教务管理工作模式的改革,为学年学分制在民办高校中顺利实施提供了思路。In 21st Century, the demand for more compound talents and innovative talents makes the credit system reform on their agenda in private colleges and universities. This paper discusses the inevitability of academic year-credit system, based on year system, credit system and characteristics of private colleges and universities. And according to the characteristics of private colleges and universities, this paper analyzes the reform of educational administration work and proposes the ideas for the smooth implementation of academic year-credit system in private colleges and universities.
