半椎板切除显微术治疗椎管内肿瘤的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨半椎板切除显微术治疗椎管内肿瘤的临床效果。方法选取我院2007-06—2012-12收治的32例半椎板切除显微术治疗椎管内肿瘤患者为观察组,另选取同时期的30例全椎板切除术患者作对照组,比较2组临床效果。结果 2组肿瘤完全切除率比较无明显差异(P>0.05),2组手术时间、术中出血量、平均住院时间和并发症的发生率比较有明显差异(P<0.05);2组临床症状的改善情况、总改善率、脊柱稳定性上比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论半椎板切除显微术治疗椎管内肿瘤临床效果显著,安全性好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the semi-laminectomy microscopy on the treatment of intra-spinal tumor, in order to find better treatment of these diseases. Methods Clinical data of 32 cases with intra-spinal tumor by semi-laminectomy microscopy （observation group） from June 2007 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed, 30 cases with intra-spinal tumor by full laminectomy from the same period were selected as a control group . The clinical effects of the two groups were compared after surgery. Results There was no significant difference in complete tumor resection rate （P〉0.05） between the two groups, while were significant difference in operative time, blood loss, the average length of stay and the inci- dence of complications （P〈0.05）. Moreover, there were also significant difference in the improvement of clinical symptoms, the total improvement rate, the stability of the spine （P〈0.05） between two groups. Conclusion Semi-laminectomy microsco- py may have siginificant clinical effect on intra-spinal tumor, and have good security.
