摘 要:目的探讨血尿酸浓度与脑梗死之间的联系,为临床中治疗脑梗死提供参考。方法选取我院2010-01—2011-12收治的80例脑梗死患者为研究组,选取同期80例非脑血管病患者为对照组,测定2组患者的血尿酸。结果研究组血尿酸浓度(491.4±88.5)μmol/L,对照组为(397.5±57.4)μmol/L,研究组的血尿酸浓度明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=-7.962,P<0.05);研究组血尿酸升高率71.25%,对照组为6.25%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=71.2047,P<0.05)。大面积脑梗死血尿酸升高率为88.3%,腔隙性梗死血尿酸升高率为20.0%,大面积脑梗死血尿酸升高率明显高于腔隙性梗死,差异有统计学意义(χ2=31.1927,P<0.05)。康复、未愈和死亡患者出现血尿酸升高率明显高于血尿酸正常率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脑梗死患者血尿酸浓度明显高于非脑血管病患者的血尿酸浓度,并且随着血尿酸的增高,患者预后越差,临床中依据血尿酸浓度能够指导脑梗死的治疗,从而有效提高其临床治疗效果,降低病死率。Objective To study the correlation between the concentration of blood uric acid and cerebral infarction, and to provide more reference for clinical treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods From January 2010 to December 2011, 80 cases of patients with cerebral infarction were selected as the research group, and during the same period, 80 cases of cerebro- vascular patients were selected as the control group, the blood uric acid were compared. Results The concentration of research group was (491.4±88.5) μmol/L, and the control group (397.5±57.4) μmol/L. The blood uric acid concentration of the research group was significantly higher than the control group (t=7. 962, P〈0.05). The increase of blood uric acid of the research group was 71.25%, which was significantly higher than 6.25% in the control group (X2=71. 2047, P〈0.05). The in- crease of large area cerebral infarction blood uric acid was 88.3%, which was significantly higher than 20.0% in the lacunar infarction blood uric acid (252 =31. 1927, P〈0. 05). Blood uric acid concentration of healed, unhealed, and dead in cerebral infarction patients were significantly higher than those of normal person (P〈0.05). Conclusion Blood uric acid concentration of cerebral infarction patients was significantly higher than the concentration of blood uric acid in patients with cerebrovascular disease. Higher blood uric acid concentration often resulted in the worse prognosis of patients. Therefore of blood uric acid concentration can be used as a guide in the treatment of cerebral infarction in clinical treatments, and effectively reduce the oc- currence of death.
